A LITTLE ABOUT ME (A.K.A WHY I DO WHAT I DO!)
Hey! I’m Laura and its my mission to teach women how to get out of their heads and feel safe to live in their bodies.
I work with sound, energy and bodywork through a grounded, practical, real world lens - Don’t get me wrong, I love the esoteric and unexplainable but I firmly believe that for the most transformative changes to occur, you have to been rooted in your body first.
The wellness industry has left women feeling as though they have to do more in order to feel well; im here to show you that less is more and it’s all about getting back to basics.
I spent over two decades feeling deeply disconnected from my body, frequently burning out, lacking in self-worth and experiencing depression, anxiety and disordered eating.
I healed from all of the above because I finally understood what the wellness industry hadn’t told me…
I needed to learn how to feel safe in my body.
I’m here to share this with you so unlike me, you don’t have to spend 20+ years trying to figure it out.
