꩜ That your womb is your well of creativity and this is unique to you, whether you bleed, are perimenopausal or have entered menopause. Your creativity and connection to your womb does not end when you stop bleeding, it provides a new void to explore.
So much focus is placed on the womb creating new life, Cosmic Creatrix is about remembering that your womb shapes how you create your OWN life.

COSMIC CREATRIX is a 8 week container for women who are ready to remember life is a moving creation.
And it all begins from within you.
CALL 01 / THE VOID
We begin in the void, the nothingness. You will learn the energetics of your womb, the emotions she can hold and of course her connection to your creative powers.
You will explore the womb as the Great De-conditioner.
She is our reminder that your creative life-force does not flow with consistent output, but rather flows in a cyclical nature with bursts and lulls.
CALL 02 / THE ENVISIONING
Envisioning is creating spaciousness to connect to the wombs dreamscape. Through guided self-massage and visualisation you will anchor into your wombs power to create something, from nothing; unlimited potential.
This is the week you cultivate real connection to your womb and start dreaming with no limitations, to experience what begins to emerge from the darkness for you. You will want to return to this practice again and again.
CALL 03/ THE WEAVING
This is the week where you connect to how your creativity pulses, in order to bring your creations to life in the most sustainable way for you.
Anchoring back into the energy of the womb as the Great De-Conditioner; you will explore how your own creative energy flows, spirals and cycles. For most women the urgency of bringing an idea to fruition means you travel from the void straight to birthing, and this is where exhaustion and resentment can build. The weaving is not asking you to have everything figured out immediately.
CALL 04 / THE BIRTHING
The final stage of the spiral (until you begin again!)
Exploring the journey of creation through the body through visualisation, felt sense, breath and sound. When you birth a creation no matter how large or small, you are offering a piece of yourself to be seen. This can create fear. Fear of being seen, fear of being heard. This call explores the energetic and physical connection between the womb and the throat, and how this influences you sharing your ideas with the world, so that you can move forward with the strength to express yourself through your creativity.
CALL 05 / THE CLOSING
A closing circle to pay witness to each woman who has stepped into this journey. A space to share your experience, internal shifts, witness your creations, and ultimately celebrate you for the Cosmic Creatrix that you are.

꩜ A short workbook for each phase of the Cosmic Creatrix cycle, highlighting the key points for each phase and journal prompts to support you in seeing and feeling how each phase lands for you in your body and life.

Welcome, I’m Laura.
My life’s mission is to guide women to feel safe, comfortable and empowered within their bodies, and the sheer power she holds.
My approach is opening your awareness to the hidden depths of your power, become the physical, primarily through energetics, sound and touch.
One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is re-connecting and remembering the unique power held within our wombs and how she shapes so much of who we are and how we operate in the world.
The creative pulse within us.
Because when we tap into this pulse, we remember anything is possible. We remember that we were not created to ‘keep up’ with the patriarchal hustle energy we are forced into, but to instead dance with our own pulse.

I have consciously left a week between each call (aside from call 4 and 5) for spaciousness and integration, so you can actually have time to digest the call, and begin to embody the energy of it within your life.
I don’t want you to feel rushed as you move through this work, but instead able to experience it with depth.

You do not need to identify as a creative / space holder / facilitator / coach to join Cosmic Creatrix.
Nor do you need to join with the intention of trying to create something (although it would be powerful to move through the process in real time).
COSMIC CREATRIX has been born with the intention of guiding all women, regardless of your job/title, to remember the innate creative life-force which lies within you, so that you can life your life as a moving creation.
Whether this be the way you decorate your house, the way you express yourself through clothes, hairstyles, creating new work offerings, re-connecting with hobbies and the joy of playful creating with no outcome or desire to monetise everything you create.
