We open the container together; receiving your first cup of ceremonial cacao together, and anchoring your intention for the next 30 days.
Together we will explore:

š¦¹ Why she is so deeply respected and has been for thousands of years by many Ancient cultures, and of course how she has made it to be with us today.

02 / daily RECEIVING of CEREMONIAL CACAO + group chat community
This is all you.
Devoting time each day (whenever suits you) to receive ceremonial cacao as medicine on your own. Experiencing what she reveals to you, day by day.
You will be part of a group chat where you can share your experience, insights, questions and challenges (yes, every day will not be easy!) with the other women in this with you.
I will also share weekly invitations for you to explore (if you wish) with cacao, with the intention to deepen your experience and connection with her and yourself.
03 / CLOSING CALL -
21ST december @ 6AM*
The closing of the container on the Winter Solstice, receiving your final cup of ceremonial cacao together. Providing a space for you to share your experience of the 30 days; what has been revealed to you and what you wish to carry forward.
We will honour the transition in Winter, the season where everything stills so that it may rest.
You will be guided through a meditation or self massage practice, depending on the energies coming through to aid in your integration of the past 30 days.

Theobroma Cacao is derived from the Greek words ātheosā meaning Gods and ābromaā meaning food. This plant has never been considered ordinary, it has always been respected and held with a value worth more than gold.
Cacao has been revered for over 5000 years dating back to Ecuadorian, Mexican, Aztec and Mayan civilisations where she was used as a trading currency (worth more than Gold), within religious rituals and celebrations, as a plant medicine to commune with the divine, as well as an offering to strangers to invite them into the community.
Cacao is a beautiful and gentle plant spirit who heals the heart and head to bring them into divine union; which is why over the 30 days she offers you the opportunity to truly slow down and listen to what is moving within you.
She is not a beverage, she is not a hot chocolate, she is medicine.
When you work with her, in this way, treating her with reverence and respect she will illuminate the truth within you and hold you as you lean into the truest expression of you.

Whether you have received her previously or are brand new, you will receive guidance on how to prepare and receive her.

If you are choosing the payment option for Devotion only (Ā£99) then yes, you will need to purchase your own ceremonial cacao.
I recommend Forever Cacao as this is the cacao I have worked with closely over my own devotion with cacao., but you can work with any ceremonial cacao.
When purchasing your own cacao please ensure it is CEREMONIAL GRADE, this will either come as a block which you can chop up or as a crumble texture - NEVER powdered.

You will need a kettle, kitchen scales, saucepan, wooden spoon, measuring jug or cup, cup/vessel for your cacao.
Optional is a hand held milk frother whisk which can mean your cacao is even more velvety!

Meet your guide
Iām Laura; sound healing practitioner, energy worker and ceremonial cacao facilitator.
I spent over two decades feeling deeply disconnected from my body, frequently burning out, lacking in self-worth and experiencing depression and anxiety.
My own journey with ceremonial cacao began in 2020, receiving her at an event before facilitating sound and witnessing the beautiful heart opening effect she had on the people around me. I then started receiving her myself at home on and off before in 2023 I committed to becoming a facilitator and learning all about her plant wisdom.
In continuing to sit with her since, she has taught me the truth in slowing down, realigned me, and helped me create a trust with my intuition beyond anything I have experience before.
She is medicine.
