Threshold: Remembering Rhythm is a 10-day live experience for women ready to reclaim self-devotion and reconnect with their natural rhythm in a simple, accessible way.
01 / Explore 3 ways women are conditioned to live outside of their rhythm
In our opening live workshop we will explore how we are women are pulled out of our natural rhythms in work, relationships and creativity; and be guided through short practices (5 minutes max) to begin reclaiming them.
02 / Create your own altar of RHYTHM
Whether it is at home or portable, you will be guided to create an altar to serve as a daily anchor back into your body, your rhythm and worthiness for offering time to yourself.
03/ Step into a 7-day RHYTHM EXPLORATION
7 days of daily prompts within Telegram to aid in the exploration and rememberable of the rhythm which lies within you, and the power which arises when you land back into the rhythm of your own beat.

Your Threshold guide
Welcome, I’m Laura.
I approach healing and energy work through a grounded, practical, real world lens - Don’t get me wrong, I love the esoteric and unexplainable magic of the cosmos but I firmly believe that for the most transformative changes to occur, you have to been rooted in your body first.
The wellness industry has left women feeling as though they have to do more in order to feel well; I’m here to show you that less is more and it’s all about getting back to basics, back to your unique rhythm.
I spent over two decades feeling deeply disconnected from my body, frequently burning out and feeling as though I just coudn’t keep up with everyone else. I was lacking in self-worth and experiencing depression, anxiety and disordered eating.
Learning about my energy, the patterns and emotions it holds, how my nervous system responded to stress, and that I had been conditioned into a deeply masculine patriarchal way of living (aka productivity = worth) was the lightbulb moment.
I healed because I finally understood what no one had told me…
I needed to learn how to feel safe in my body and honour my own rhythm of energy.
I’m here to share this with you so unlike me, you don’t have to spend 20+ years figuring this out.
