01 / WEEKLY CALLS

4 x 90 minute zoom calls to dive deep into the energetics of your root energy and nervous system.

Identifying the beliefs and energetic leaks which are draining your energy and keeping you stuck in the loop of over-doing to the point of burnout and how to begin to release and reframe these beliefs so that you can step out of this cycle.

02 / ON-GOING SUPPORT

Support in Telegram to work through your blocks, ask questions and connect with the other women who are on this transformation journey with you.

There will also be additional prompts dropped into the group to explore the weekly theme more deeply if you feel called.

03 / ACCOUNTABILITY

You will be guided in the first call to identify one area of your life which you wish to focus on for the 30 days, this gives direction for your energy, rather than the default, trying to do it all.

There will be weekly check in’s within the Telegram group for you to share how you have implemented the teachings and the shifts you have noticed within yourself. You will get out what you put in.

    You will learn:

    - What your energetic body is and how it influences your overall wellbeing.

    - The different states of your nervous system and what they look like in daily life to identify where you may be feeling most stuck.

    You will be guided:

    - Through an exercise to identify what area(s) of life your energy is feeling most drained and choose one area to focus on and apply the teachings within Rooted to for the next 30 days.

  • WEEK TWO

    FROM FEAR INTO ACTION

    You will learn:

    - The energy and emotions which are stored within the feet, where this might be holding you back.

    - How to begin to shift the energy in this area so that you can begin to move forwards.

    You will be guided:

    - Through a journalling exercise.

    - Through visualisation.

    - Through a somatic practice to bring you into connection with your feet.

  • WEEK THREE

    FROM STAGNATION INTO FLOW

    You will learn:

    - The energy and emotions which are stored within the knees, where you find yourself mentally going back and forth between decisions.

    - Identifying the limiting beliefs which are being reinforced in this area and how to gently shift them so you can confidently move forward.

    You will be guided: 

    - Through a future self visualisation.

    - Through a somatic practice to bring you into connection with your knees.

  • WEEK FOUR

    FROM DOING INTO BEING

    You will learn:

    - The energy and emotions which are stored at the base of the tailbone. Identifying where you fall on the scale of chronic over-doing > frustration over your basic needs not being met.

    -How your words can reinforce or reframe beliefs in this area on a daily basis.

    You will be guided:

    - Through a self-sound practice.

    - Through a visualisation into a somatic movement practice to shift and release stagnant energy from this area.

Hi there!

Im Laura, your energy healing guide!

I approach energy work through a grounded, practical, real world lens - Don’t get me wrong, I love the esoteric and unexplainable magic of energy healing but I firmly believe that for the most transformative changes to occur, you have to been rooted in your body first.

The wellness industry has left women feeling as though they have to do more in order to feel well; im here to show you that less is more and it’s all about getting back to basics.

I spent over two decades feeling deeply disconnected from my body, frequently burning out, lacking in self-worth and experiencing depression, anxiety and disordered eating.

Learning about my energetic body, the patterns and emotions it holds and understanding how my nervous system responds as a result was the lightbulb moment.

I healed from all of the above because I finally understood what no one had told me…

I needed to learn how to feel safe.

I’m here to share this with you so unlike me, you don’t have to spend 20+ years trying to end the burnout cycle.

 
  • The weekly zoom calls will take place every Sunday beginning 8th June at 4.30pm - 6pm

    Calls will be recorded and the replays will be available within 24 hours for you to view, whether it be to catch up if you are unable to join live or to rewatch.

  • You will have access to the course content for 12 months.

  • The Telegram group is the community chat where you are supported in between the weekly calls, to support you in implementing the homework from each weekly call, answering your questions, as well as a place for you to communicate with the other participants.
