Learn the foundational states of the nervous system — fight, flight, freeze, fawn — and how they silently shape your behavioural patterns of doing, achieving, and holding it all.
Part 2: Somatic Exploration
You’ll be guided through self-touch, gentle somatics, and visualisation to reconnect with your body and begin building a felt sense of safety from the inside out.
