week 1 // the energetic map of your heart
Your heart is more than just a muscle; she is an energetic powerhouse. If you desire to alchemise her power (which you do otherwise you wouldn't be reading this right now), you must first gain an understanding of the energetic map you are orienting on your journey.

WEEK 2 // AIRING OUT THE HEART
Alchemising your relationship to your heart requires an intimate relationship with the element which rules it. Air. This life force element already asks you to trust in the unseen and week 2 drops you deeper into this trust and unveils with wisdom that Air can offer you.
YOU WILL JOURNEY THROUGH:
The physical qualities of Air and the relationship to your heart through the ribs, lungs and throat.
The subtle energy qualities of Air and its relationship to your direction, momentum and expression.
Connecting with Animalia of the Air, the wisdom they hold and discovering your own unique animal guide to support you as you weave your way through this journey.
WEEK 3 // HEART LED RITUALS
Dropping into the tending of your heart. An invitation into the rituals and practices which service to cultivate the energetic loop of giving and receiving to and from yourself, focusing on the heart.
THIS INCLUDES:
Sitting with Ceremonial Cacao and understanding why she is such a revered heart medicine.
Anointing the heart and an introduction to the Myrrhophores.
Guided heart and breast massage.
Creating an altar for your heart.

week 4 // Heart Alchemy practices
Throughout this journey together emotions will surface. Emotions are energy in motion, yet for many women, there is a conditioning to suppress and avoid showing these emotions meaning that there is little ‘motion’ involved. You’ll build a library of simple daily practices which support the moving of emotions and the clearing of your heart.
PRACTICES INCLUDE:
Pranyama (breath).
Movement.
Sound.
Energy clearing.
WEEK five // Goddesses + Archetypes
Throughout millennia across many cultures there have been Goddesses, Gods and Archetypes associated with the heart and the deeper meaning it held within life and society. This final weeks an opportunity to dive in an explore how the past can weave into your present.
